Why Ninja Theory?

The Way We Work

Achieving an optimal work/life balance is possible and we'll support you to do this. With a hybrid work model available for most of our roles, no fixed working hours and the trust to deliver, you'll be able to find a great blend between work and life.

When working from Ninja House, you will benefit from our custom-built studio which offers a luxurious setting with cutting-edge facilities at your fingertips, including a full motion capture stage. You’ll also receive complimentary catered lunch from our on-site pub, The Bird or Worm?

Your Wellbeing

We understand that maintaining good mental and physical health is essential, so we offer a range of health and wellbeing benefits to support you. These include private medical, dental, and optical cover, an optional annual flu vaccination, and access to free counselling services. Our healthcare package also includes enhanced cancer cover, physical therapies, mental health support, as well as covering any pre-existing health conditions. Additionally, you’ll receive an annual wellbeing allowance, allowing you to personalise your wellbeing activities and invest in something that positively impacts your wellbeing. On top of that, we even take care of your bicycle with an annual service.

Through our long-standing ED&I business strategy, we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels happy, valued, and supported - a place where you can bring your authentic self to work and reach your full potential. We are also proud to be committed to being a menopause and menstruation-friendly employer.

Your Development

Your development is our development. Every team member is assigned a mentor, who will work with you to identify and pursue your development goals both in your day-to-day work and long-term career goals.

Under our Adoption & Surrogacy and Maternity & Pregnant Parent leave policies you will receive to up to 26 weeks full pay. And under our Paternity, Non-Pregnant Parent & Co-Adopter leave policy, you will receive up to 4 weeks leave at full pay.

Your Peace Of Mind

We provide you financial security through Income Protection and Life Insurance. We offer a travel to work allowance, annual salary review, discretionary bonus scheme, and we’ll help you to save for your future too with an enhanced pension scheme.

If you’re in need of a new bicycle or tech, our Cycle/Tech schemes will help you spread the cost of this over a 12-month period.

Join our Ninja community, where we host a range of events and activities from social evenings in our on-site pub and card clubs, through to charity fundraisers, inclusive cultural activities, and team sports.

We’re also proud to be one of the founding members of Women of Xbox UK (WoX UK) where we have a calendar of virtual and in person events each year. If you are relocating to Cambridge, we will support you with relocation assistance and where required visa sponsorship.
