Aside from talented creatives and great games, Ninja Theory also fosters a culture of bringing your authentic self to work. We've done away with traditional working hours, instead favouring an approach of trust and deliverables. Having the flexibility to craft your home life around your working day, making those daily tasks such as school drop offs or an afternoon gym session easier to manage.
We host an annual calendar of inclusive events across the studio, from talks with industry professionals through to stress-busting painting workshops, there is something for everyone. We also co-host a Women of Xbox Community along with our sister Xbox Game Studios here in the UK, where we hold monthly events and an annual in-person community day.
